This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location of this hotel is perfect, just a short walk across a major road from the beautiful beach. The hotel is set in an intimate beautifully maintained lush tropical garden with two swimming pools, creating a very cozy and green ambiance. The staff at this hotel provide excellent service and ensure that basic amenities and rooms are well taken care of. The rooms in this hotel are situated in a beautiful garden with a little balcony, and although they may have similar old furniture, they are still comfortable and inviting. The breakfast at this hotel is a highlight, with fresh fruit juice and a variety of delicious options to choose from.

We were adjacent to some popular places like le mayeur museum. Location was within 15 min walking distance to black sand beach. In love with puri dalem hotel sanur.

Can’t fault the property in any way.

I loved the simplicity and cleanliness of Puri Dalem. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a nice bathtub and good quality shower. The air conditioning worked well, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The two pools were a great addition, and the hotel's location was convenient for accessing the beach, markets, and restaurants. I would highly recommend Puri Dalem as a good hotel choice.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The setting of the hotel is very beautiful, with lovely gardens and 2 swimming pools which are kept spotlessly clean, The rooms are cleaned every day with clean bed linen and towels. The staff are very friendly and pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good, not expensive although a linited menu. Continental breakfast included fruit and eggs. There is a free shuttle service to the sister hotel which is on the beach. The whole atmosphere is relaxed and tranquil. We would certainly recommend this hotel for couples, although not if they are looking for night-life, and its not so good for children.

The situation on a busy main road meant it was difficult to cross the road from the hotel, although as soon as you were inside, there wasn`t really any road noise. Also the actual area is quite run-down. The masseuse was rather persistent in trying to get more business, and it would probably be a good idea for the hotel to collect clients from the airport. It would also be a good idea if they vetted the taxi (tour) operators so that they could recommend suitable people with reasonable rates.

There was a very friendly welcome and nice breakfast. It was good value with a nice pool.

Despite some issues, I have to admit that there were some positive things about our Christmas stay. the breakfast was quite good with a variety of dishes to choose from. the location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance of the beach and local restaurants. the shuttle service provided by the hotel was convenient for getting around.

There were a few things that left a bad taste in our mouth. the room was infested with bugs which made the stay uncomfortable.

Great service and a relaxed atmosphere. The gardens and pool area were immaculate and well tended giving us a great outlook from our room. The restaurant prices were the best we could find in Sanur.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Bali. the location is perfect as it is right on the beach. It was so convenient to have direct access to the peaceful beach and enjoy the beautiful view. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful. They provided top-notch service and couldn't do enough to make my stay enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, with a lovely little balcony where I could relax and unwind. The attention to detail in the basic amenities was impressive.

The bathroom is dirty, and the whole room and bathroom are very old.

The staff are very polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There are two swimming pools, both in beautiful settings. The breakfast is good, and the restaurant offers a good menu for during the day and evening. There is a shuttle four times daily to the shopping area, as it is a little distance from the main amenities.

Possibly the location compared to the hotels closer to the beach, as there is an extremely busy intersection to cross, should you decide not to take advantage of the shuttle service. I had no hot water in my room on three occasions over a five day stay, but that was sorted out.

This cozy hotel is conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of the main touristy areas and offers easy access to the nearby public beach. Rooms are comfortable with refreshing pool views, and the breakfast buffet is a nice plus. Friendly staff and a free shuttle service to sister hotels are advantages not to be missed.

Some minor maintenance issues could be improved, such as harsh lighting and occasionally smelly towels.

We really liked our stay at Puri Dalem Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, reasonably clean room, good facilities. Perfect location as a starting point for trips into the center of the island. Excellent food and a very good choice of other restaurants within a walking distance from the hotel.

I absolutely love the location of this hotel. It is nestled right on a peaceful beach, allowing for the perfect relaxation getaway. The hotel is surrounded by a beautifully maintained lush tropical garden, with two inviting swimming pools hidden among the plants. It creates an intimate and tranquil atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. The rooms are comfortable, with the option to have an extra bed if needed. I especially enjoyed the little balcony in my room, where I could sit and admire the beautiful garden.

All was just perfect!
